Cancelling, and what happens to your data
Cancel any time, keep access until the period ends, and take your data with you.
You can cancel from the billing portal without emailing anyone. There is no retention queue and no phone call.
After you cancel
- Your household stays fully available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- After that it becomes read-only so you can still retrieve what you need.
- You can export the entire vault as a structured file at any point.
- If you want it gone, delete the household permanently — records, files and member accounts. We keep only a minimal record that a deletion happened.
