A family vault is something you set up once and rely on quietly for years. Annual billing keeps the price lower, keeps our costs predictable, and means you are not thinking about MyVesta every month — which is rather the point.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new household gets 14 days free, with full access to everything. We collect your card when you start, and billing begins on day 15 unless you cancel first. You can cancel at any point during the trial and you will not be charged.

What is included in the price?

Everything: all vault categories, unlimited household members with per-category access, file attachments, renewal reminders and the household calendar, the private calendar feed, the printable emergency sheet, shared shopping lists, the activity log, two-factor authentication, and full data export.

How many people can I add to my household?

As many as you need. There is no per-seat charge. You decide, person by person, which categories each member can see — and members have read-only access unless you are the owner.

Can I cancel? What happens to my data?

You can cancel any time from your billing settings. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Before or after cancelling you can export your entire vault as a structured file, and you can permanently delete your household, its files, and its member accounts whenever you choose.

Do you offer refunds?

Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal.

Is my data really private?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, files live in a private store that is never publicly readable, and every record is locked to your household at the database level so no other customer can reach it. We do not sell your data, we do not advertise to you, and we do not use your vault content to train models.
