Exporting your vault and deleting your household
Your data stays yours: take a full copy out, or remove it permanently.
You can export your entire vault as a structured file at any time, including attachments. Nothing about leaving is designed to be difficult.
Permanent deletion
Deleting a household removes its records, its files and its member accounts. We retain only a minimal record that a deletion occurred, which is what lets us answer honestly if you ever ask whether the data is gone.
What we will never do
- Never sell or share your data.
- Never use it to train models.
- Never show you advertising.
