Turning on two-factor authentication
Add an app-based second step to your sign-in in about two minutes.
Two-factor authentication means a stolen password is not enough to reach your vault. MyVesta supports app-based codes from any standard authenticator.
Setting it up
- Open Settings and choose two-factor authentication.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
- Enter the six-digit code to confirm the pairing.
- Store the recovery codes somewhere that is not your phone.
If you lose both your device and your recovery codes, we cannot unlock the account for you — that is the point of it. Keep the codes safe.
