Inviting someone to your household

How invitations work and what the person on the other end sees.

Invitations are sent by email from your household. The recipient creates their own account with their own password; you never share your sign-in details with anyone, for any reason.

What happens step by step

  • You enter their email address and choose which categories they may read.
  • They receive an invitation and verify their email address.
  • They set a password of at least twelve characters and can enable two-factor authentication.
  • They land in your household seeing only the categories you granted.

Invitations expire if unused. You can withdraw one before it is accepted, and remove a member at any time afterwards.
